Oh My Buffalo...

This past week was full of Buffalo discoveries!! Thursday evening, I went to Steak n Shake with the fam and if I may say (and I can because this is my blog) their buffalo sauce was uneventful. It was boring and had no kick! I give it a 2 out of 10! I feel that it could have been worse! I would hate to try worse, but am sure I will run across it at some point!! My advice, avoide their buffalo sauce! Stick to the ol fresco sauce! That never dissapoints!!

I went to, Chik fil A, Friday night unaware that it was family fun night! That's a WHOLE other story that I will not go in to right now! We'll just leave it as "unfortunate!" Their buffalo sauce was DYNAMITE! It was the perfect consistency and had A LOT of flavor! I had to use like 10 napkins because I sweated soooo much! I kept a pack in my purse and I really want to dig in to it right now!! I will use my self control not to however!! No worries! My only complaint is the packaging! I opened it and it squirted all over my face and clothes! I was not amused! That could have burned my eyes if I didn't wear glasses! The possibility of blindness if it gets in your eyes is a great factor in determining the greatness of buffalo sauce! The more the possibility the better the sauce!!

I made my dip on Saturday for a party! Needless to say, it was gone pretty quick! (and no, I did not eat most of it) I made two batches and am glad I did! Next time, I will add something extra! The birthday boy wanted the original and I had to do what he said!! (Happy B-day Brian!)

Knowing that dip is in my purse is making typing this rather difficult!! I have to go!! I need to go buy some chicken strips! Laters!
